A father and his son among beehives in the Australian bush

Meet Hugo

“A curious young beekeeper and a love of the Australian Bush.”

Our Story

It started with a boy, a few hives, and a love of the bush.

Hugo was nine when he inspected his first hive, a few months after we moved to the farm. Today, he helps Matt care for ten hives.

Every jar of Hugo’s Honey is harvested, extracted and packed by hand on the farm. We never heat it, over-process it or add anything at all — just pure raw honey from the trees, wildflowers and bushland that surround our home.

Why our honey is different

A jar you can trace back to a single hive in a single grove.

Small Batch

We never produce more than the season gives us.

Raw & Unfiltered

Cold extracted. Nothing heated, nothing stripped.

Australian Harvested

From eucalypt forest in the Hunter Valley.

Family Farm Produced

Two beekeepers — a father and son. That’s it.
